Smart triggers

Smart triggers are a powerful way to request the KYC to your visitors. You can use them to request the KYC to your visitors based on their fingerprint, IP address, email, country, and more.

Trigger if fingerprint already exists

Feature: We automatically assign a unique fringerprint ID for each visitor. If we detect that the same fingerprint ID is used twice, we will trigger the KYC widget to be prompted.

Use case: If a customer try to register on your website twice with different emails we will detect it and prompt the KYC widget to be filled. This is helpful to prevent customers that do fake accounts to still trial or credits from your business.

Trigger if IP already exists

Feature: If the widget is already initialized by a visitor with the same IP, we will trigger the KYC widget to be prompted.

Use case: If a customer try to register on your website twice or more with same IP we will detect it and prompt the KYC widget to be filled. This is helpful to prevent customers that do fake accounts to still trial or credits from your business.

Trigger if a robot is detected

Feature: We can detect robots (bots) on your website and trigger the KYC widget to be prompted. For example if the robot clicks on a button without moving the mouse.

Use case: If a customer is automating the process of your website, we will detect it and prompt the KYC widget to be filled. This is helpful to prevent customers who are using robots to browse your website.

Trigger if IP is a proxy or a VPN

Feature: Some customers use a proxy or a VPN to hide their real IP address. We can detect if the IP address is a proxy or a VPN and trigger the KYC widget to be prompted.

Use case: If the customer is using a proxy or a VPN to hide his real IP address, we will detect it and prompt the KYC widget to be filled. This is helpful to prevent customers who are using a proxy or a VPN to browse your website.

Trigger based on visitor country

Feature: We will automatically detect the country of the visitor and trigger the KYC widget to be prompted based on the country.

Use case: If you would like to automatically trigger the KYC to be prompted based on a specific country. For example if you check 'Italy', we will prompt the KYC widget to be filled.

Trigger if email is temporary mailbox
